I conduct a thorough and comprehensive Market Analysis for your home, using comparable Active, Pending and Settled homes to establish a fair market range that is competitive with the current market and pricing trends for your geographic area.
Pre-Listing Marketing is launched using our proprietary Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS). KWLS syndicates to many consumer web sites including our enhanced web sites and real estate search engines like Zillow, Trulia and more. This marketing and advertising targets consumers directly (prior to listing on the MLS). This can create an initial consumer “buzz” prior to allowing showings on the home.
My Strategic Marketing Plan is designed to get your home the maximum amount of exposure in the shortest period of time. Each step involves proven techniques that leverage the opportunities to showcase your home to key people that can either buy your home, or help us find the right buyer.

I utilize an application called showing time in order to validate agent credentials, make showing appointments and track feedback.
